Michelle Hartman is the Guidance Coordinator at the High School.  She is a graduate SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelors in Psychology, and received a Masters degree School Counseling from Western Connecticut University. She has enjoyed being a member of Arlington High School Guidance Team for the past 8 years and believes in an open-door policy.  When away from the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
