DIRECTIONS TO HOME CONTESTS

FROM SOUTH (BY BUS):
Rte 684 N to Rte 22 N to Rte 55 W. Travel on Rte 55 for approx. 10 miles. Go under the overpass to the TSP and continue on Rte 55 for approx. 3/4 of a mile. The entrance to the school is on the right. OR Take Rte 9 N to Rte 52 E. follow Rte 52 for a few miles and bear left on to Rte 82 N to Rte 55 W. Take a left on to Rte 55, go 1 mile and go under the over-pass to the TSP. The entrance to the school is 1/2 mile on the right.

FROM SOUTH (BY CAR):
Take Taconic Parkway North to Exit for Rte 55 W (Poughkeepsie). The entrance to the school is on the right approx. 1/2 mile on Rte 55.

THE LINKS AT UNIONDALE (Site for all home golf matches):
TSP N to Rte 82 N. Stay on Rte 82 (cross over Rte 55) and take the third right on to County Road 89 (Waterbury Hill Rd). Make first right on to North Parliman Rd. The golf course is 1/2 mile on right.

STRINGHAM ROAD SOCCER FACILITY:
Follow direction to LaGrange MS. At end of Stringham Rd. make a left at stop sign and then a quick right. The soccer facility is on the left.

DIRECTIONS TO LAGRANGE MIDDLE SCHOOL:
Follow the directions listed for Arlington High School. LaGrange Middle School is located on Stringham Rd. which is across from the entrance to Arlington High School. Heading west on Rt.55 take a left at the traffic light before AHS on to Stringham Road (large white church on the corner). Follow Stringham Rd. for approx. 1 mile and the school is on the left.

DIRECTIONS TO POUGHKEEPSIE MIDDLE SCHOOL:

(HOME SITE FOR BOYS & GIRLS SWIMMING)

From the Taconic Parkway-take the Exit for Rt.55 West  to Poughkeepsie.  Go past AHS on Rt.55 west into the City of Poughkeepsie.  Turn left on County Rte. 75 (Innis Ave).  Go to third trafic light and turn right at "T" which is College Ave. School is on the right.
